Tájékoztatjuk pilótáinkat, hogy a francia szövetségnek írt kérdésünkre a következő választ kaptuk:
A Roquebrune-i siklóernyős starthely újra megnyílik. Bár néhány szabályt mindenkinek kötelező lesz betartani, hogy nyitva is maradjon a siklóernyőzés számára. Ezt a Francia Szabad Repülők Szövetsége és a helyiség Roquebrune írja:
1. Képzettség és felelősség:
Az önálló pilóták számára minimum PRA PRO 4 IPPI szint.
A tandem pilótáknak francia tandem jogosítással kell rendelkezniük.
Minden siklóernyőre kötni kell baleset és felelősségbiztosítással.
2. Iskolák, biztonságtechnika, acro és teszt:
A Francia Szabad Repülők Szövetsége szabályai betartásával, a növendékek ellenőrzése mellett végezhető, de előzetesen legalább 15 nappal a kiérkezés előtt regisztrálni kell egy majd a későbbiekben megnevezett web-felületen.
3. A biztonság céljából a starthelyen lévő moderátor utasításait be kell tartani. Baleset esetén a helyi 18, vagy a mobil 118 az értesítési telefonszám. Helikopteres mentés idején a start tilos és a levegőben lévőknek kötelező leszállni.
4. Biztonságtechnikai gyakorlatok, acro vagy tesztrepülés tilos a Mont Gros közelében és Roquebrune felett. Visszaszállás a starthelyre zsúfolt időszakban tilos. Speed glider használata tilos.
5. A pilótáknak az információs táblák szerinti szabályokat és a moderátor utasításait be kell tartaniuk. Tilos berepülni Monaco és a Mont Angel fölé. A házaktól legalább 100 méteres függőleges és 50 méteres vizszintes távolságot kell tartani.
Végül a helyi szövetség örömmel üdvözöl ezen a gyönyörű helyen. Ha mindenki betartja ezeket az egyszerű szabályokat, amelyekben 2 év után a város és a szövetség megegyeztek, akkor biztosan folytathatjuk a repülést mindenki örömére.
Ez az újra nyitás elég gyenge lábakon áll, mert ha bármi a szezonban a starthely bezárását teszi szükségessé, bizonyos, hogy az nem lesz ismét megnyitva.

The Roquebrune’s paragliding site is now re-open. But some rules have to be respected to keep this site open.
Accordingly with FFVL (the French Federation of Paragliding) and the city of Roquebrune :
Qualifications and responsability:
a reasonable level of paragliding practice is required. This level match the pilot’s certificate (deliver by FFVL) or is equal to IPPI Card level 4. A parents authorization is need for minors non-licenced to FFVL
The professional two-seater practice is ruled by the french laws and refer to the FFVL legislation
For the free two-seater practice, the pilot must have a “two-seater” qualification deliver by the FFVL
All paraglider must have a personal insurance, for him and in case of damages to other
School – SIV – Acrobatics practice – Tests
French or foreign schools must respect the french rules for the student supervision enacted by the FFVL
Paragliding schools must register 15 days before their coming on the specifical web site : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Instructors must declared their qualifications during the registration

Control – Security
A MODERATOR will be on the take-off of Mont Gros to inform and help pilots. Pilots must have to follow his recommendations
In case of accident, the emergency number is 18 on a fixed post or 112 on a cellular
During a helicopter rescue, takes-off are forbidden and pilots on air should land
Particular rules
SIV, Acrobatics practice and tests are forbidden near the take-off of Mont Gros and above all the territory of Roquebrune. These activities can be practiced above the sea
Land on the take-off of Mont Gros during crowded period is forbidden
Mini-wing practice (alar charge > 5 kg/m2) is forbidden. Specifical tests must follow the point 2
Aerial space
Pilots must follow the aerial rules display on the board at the take-off or ask the moderator
Flying over Mont Agel or Monaco is forbidden
Flying over house must be at least at 100m vertically and 50m horizontally
